About
Founded by Maria Caruso
Fabbrica Digital LLC is the workshop behind Ops That Work and My Training Studio. Fabbrica is Italian for "workshop" or "factory," a nod to Maria's Italian ancestry.
Maria studied philosophy through graduate school, which taught her how to think, how to research thoroughly, and how to ask good questions. She taught herself SQL, JavaScript, and project management, then spent nearly a decade as COO of a tech wellness startup, where she was the first hire. In 2025 she went out on her own.
Fabbrica Digital is a two-person team based in Philadelphia. Cass Cauley brings more than 20 years of development experience across multiple languages, specializing in refactoring existing code and building applications from the ground up.
